For nannies

You shouldn't have to keep score of your own hours.

Full-time with one family, or a few days a week across several. Steadily keeps what you worked, what you agreed and what you're owed — so none of it depends on you raising it.

Does this sound like your week?

However you work, the record works the same way.

One family, full-timeClock in, clock out, the week totals itself.
A few days a weekPart-time terms are still terms — guarantee, overtime, cancellations.
The same hours every weekAgree the usual week once and it repeats.
Hours that change constantlyNothing scheduled today? Clock in whenever you start.

Paid by more than one familySee who has paid and who hasn't, family by family.

The fifteen minutes you waited, counted.

Clock in when you actually start, not when the schedule said you would. Add the break you took. Fix an entry before it's approved. The record is what happened — which means nobody has to remember it, and you don't have to decide whether the extra twenty minutes is worth mentioning.

“Starting early? Clock in whenever — we record what happened, not what was planned.”
“Not on the clock” · “Ready when you are”

Your terms, in writing, with the date.

Your rate, your overtime, your guaranteed hours, your paid time off, and what happens when a shift is cancelled at short notice. Agreed once, applied the same way to every week — and never quietly rewritten. If a change is made it's added to the record with the date it took effect, and the old terms stay readable.

“Approved at £684.00 — £57.00 under your guarantee”
“You can change terms later. Changes are added to the record, never edited over.”

Asked, not assumed.

Extra hours arrive as a question with a deadline for your answer, and declining is a button. You don't have to work up to saying no, and nothing gets added to your week because someone assumed you were free.

“Can you cover Thu 21 Aug, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM?” · “Answer by Wed, 6:00 PM”

Work with more than one family? That works too.

Switch between families in a tap and see your working fortnight across all of them at once. If a shift for one family overlaps a shift with another, Steadily says so before you've agreed to both. Pay is tracked per family, so you can see who has settled up and who hasn't.

“Two-week rhythm across your families”
“This shift overlaps a shift with another family”
“Paid by 3 families” · “No clashes in the next two weeks”

Todo en español, no solo a medias.

Every one of the app's 2,161 strings ships in Spanish as well as English — the whole app, not a partial translation.

The family sees the same numbers you do.

Steadily works out what the week is worth from the terms you both agreed to, and shows it to both of you the same way. It doesn't move money — the family pays you however they already do — but neither of you is working from a different total.

And with no rate set, Steadily shows a prompt rather than a number. It will never quietly render £0.00.
